LO Market Update ("we", "us") collects as little as possible and doesn't sell anything.
What we collect
- Contact info you give us: your email address, and — when you sign up — your name, company, phone, NMLS number, and market (county/state) so we can personalize your newsletter.
- Payment info: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Stripe gives us your subscription status and that's about it.
- Sample requests: if you ask for a free sample issue, we keep your email so we can send it and follow up once or twice.
How we use it
- To deliver your monthly newsletter and run your subscription (billing, receipts, "your issue is ready" emails).
- To personalize your issue with your name, company, and market.
- To answer you when you write in.
What we don't do
- We don't sell, rent, or trade your information. Your client database stays yours — we never ask for it and wouldn't want it.
- We don't share your info with anyone except the services that make the product work (Stripe for payments, our email sender for delivery).
Every marketing email we send has a way out. Reply UNSUBSCRIBE or click the unsubscribe link and you're done — no hard feelings, no dark patterns.
Cookies
The site itself doesn't set tracking cookies. Stripe's checkout page has its own privacy policy once you leave our site to pay.
Your rights
Write to travis@lomarketupdates.com and we'll show you what we have, fix it, or delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll say so here and update the date up top.
