Terms of Service
Last updated: September 30, 2026.
These are the rules for using LO Market Update. By subscribing, you agree to them.
What you're buying
A monthly white-label market newsletter for loan officers. Each month you get one original issue, personalized with your name, company, and market, in formats you can paste into your CRM or email platform. The Done For You plan adds setup and monthly sending handled for you.
Billing
- DIY Monthly: $19.99/month, billed each month until you cancel.
- DIY Annual: $199/year, billed once a year. Works out to about two months free versus monthly.
- Done For You: $199/month, billed each month until you cancel.
- Payments run through Stripe. Prices are in USD.
30-day money-back guarantee
If the first issue isn't useful to you, write to travis@lomarketupdates.com within 30 days of your first payment and we'll refund it. No forms, no exit interview.
Canceling
Cancel anytime from your Stripe receipt link or by emailing us. You keep access through the end of the period you already paid for. Annual plans aren't prorated mid-year — but the 30-day guarantee covers your first year.
Your license to use the newsletter
You may send each issue to your own clients and prospects, as many as you like, under your own name. You may not resell the newsletter itself, share your subscriber login, or republish issues as your own standalone product.
Play fair with email
You're responsible for complying with CAN-SPAM and your email platform's rules when you send: real subject lines, your real contact info, and an unsubscribe path. If we see a subscriber generating spam complaints, we can pause or end their subscription.
No advice, no promises
The newsletter is general market information — not mortgage advice, and not a promise of any future rate, approval, or loan terms. We don't promise it will get you clients, closings, or revenue. Past performance of the housing market is not a promise about next month.
Availability
We aim to have each issue ready by the first Tuesday of the month. If something breaks on our end, we'll make it right — that's the guarantee above.
Ending the relationship
Either side can end the subscription as described under "Canceling." We can also end a subscription for abuse of the service (spam, reselling, chargeback fraud), with a prorated refund for unused time on annual plans.
The legal bit
These terms are governed by Tennessee law. If we have a dispute we can't work out like adults, it'll be handled in the state or federal courts in Williamson County, Tennessee.
